Trinity Air is a market leader in Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC services in the Atlanta area. We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced individual to join our growing and dedicated Plumbing Service team as a Plumbing Service Manager.

What You Will Do:
- Supervise all plumbing service activities
- Hire, train, and lead Plumbing Team Members
- Cultivate a dynamic, ethical sales culture that focuses on delivering value to customers
- Manage departmental P&L, with responsibility for hitting revenue and gross profit targets
- Conduct regular individual and team coaching and performance reviews
- Oversee dispatching to ensure the right techs are sent to the right calls
- Create and manage technician work schedules
- Review and approve department payroll
- Address customer requests, concerns, and service issues
- Build and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures
What You Need:
- Exceptional sales and interpersonal skills
- Residential Plumbing experience – Required
- 2+ years of management experience – Required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen (as required by law)
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred
Compensation:
$80,000 – $120,000 annually, based on experience
