What You’ll Do:
- Assign service calls to technicians with sound judgment based on location, job complexity, and skill match.
- Monitor and adjust technician schedules throughout the day to maximize efficiency.
- Serve as the key communicator for field technicians—keeping them informed of customer details, job updates, traffic issues, and more.
- Act as a motivator and resource for technicians in the field.
- Follow up on pending jobs and contact customers regarding part statuses or additional work.
- Partner with leadership to proactively balance workloads across the service team.

Dispatcher – Trinity Air
Compensation: $18.00
Location: Peachtree City, GA
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday
What You’ll Need:
- 1+ year experience in a dispatcher or coordinator role (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical field service industry preferred)
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Experience with CRM software or scheduling tools is a plus
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to real-time changes
- Team-player mindset and a solutions-driven approach
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
