What You’ll Do:
• Lead and oversee daily operations of the electrical service department.
• Manage, train, and develop a team of service technicians to meet revenue and quality goals.
• Create service pricing, manage inventory, and oversee departmental organization.
• Ensure permits, inspections, and code compliance are completed accurately.
• Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction across the team.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Support technicians in the field and assist with complex customer projects.
What You’ll Need:
• 3+ years of residential electrical management experience.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Experience managing P&L and operational performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of residential service operations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record."
